At Cobb Family Dentistry, we want to ensure you receive the exceptional dental care your family needs without breaking the bank. That is why we are pleased to offer several different treatment payment options to our patients. In addition to accepting payment via cash, credit, and debit card, we also accept dental insurance and third-party financing.

Dental Insurance

Cobb Family Dentistry is happy to accept most PPO plans, including:

  • Aetna
  • Cigna
  • Delta Dental
  • Guardian
  • Humana
  • MetLife
  • United Concordia
  • United Healthcare

Third-Party Financing

With third-party financing, patients can receive dental treatment and make manageable monthly payments to a third party. Here is how third-party financing typically works:

  • The dental office gets paid upfront.
  • The insurance check goes to the patient.
  • The patient makes payments to the third party.

Perhaps the most common third-party financing options we accept at Cobb Family Dentistry are CareCredit and Proceed Finance.

Affordable Dental Care in Mableton, GA

At Cobb Family Dentistry, we believe it is equally important to understand your treatment costs, how your insurance benefits work, and the best way to get treatment. Our front office staff can assist you with navigating your insurance benefits, treatment costs, and more.

Please don’t hesitate to call us to learn more about our financial and payment options.

Everyone at Cobb Family Dentistry strives to create a relaxing, comfortable, and pleasant experience for each patient. Our goal is to guide you throughout your appointment so you feel secure, safe, and at ease while we care for your smile. We use only the latest clinically-proven dental technology to make each treatment go smoothly and be as pain-free as possible.

Dr. Popple and our team understand many patients may feel apprehensive or nervous about visiting the dentist. Throughout every step of your appointment, we take extra special care to minimize your discomfort, pain, and unease.

Local Anesthetics for Pain Relief

Dr. Popple is trained and experienced in safely administering local anesthetics during treatment to reduce or eliminate pain. A local anesthetic gently and temporarily numbs a specific area of the mouth so patients don’t experience any uncomfortable sensations.

Nitrous Oxide Can Enhance Your Relaxation

Nitrous oxide is a form of mild sedation we offer patients to enhance their relaxation. Also called “laughing gas,” nitrous oxide can make patients feel happy, giggly, and euphoric. Patients can inhale nitrous oxide through a nasal mask or hood, and the effects subside very quickly once we remove the mask.

Our Comforting Amenities

We have 43-inch televisions mounted on the ceiling in each treatment so patients can watch Netflix during their visits. We also have noise-canceling headphones to drown out any potentially stressful sounds.

Is there anything we can do to make your visit more pleasant? Please get in touch with us today!

CEREC Same-Day Crowns

Your Mableton dentist is proud to offer CEREC same-day dental crowns to our patients in Mableton, Powder Springs, Lithia Springs, Smyrna, Austell, and all surrounding areas. With same-day dental crowns, there are no uncomfortable impressions or lengthy waits for your new restoration.

With CEREC technology, we can take a digital impression, forward the results to our onsite computer, and then the design heads to our in-office milling machine, where it is created.

We create CEREC crowns from quality porcelain that matches neighboring teeth. As a result, no one will see a dental crown; they’ll only notice your symmetrical smile.

How Long Do Same-Day Tooth Crowns Last?

Same-day dental crowns can last for up to twenty years, sometimes longer. You must brush, floss, and visit Dr. Reid Popple every six months. This is true even if you don’t have a dental crown.

And like unrestored teeth, the better care you take of your restorations, the longer they should last.

Are You Considering Same-Day Dental Crowns in Mableton, GA?

Tooth crowns protect teeth, cover aesthetic flaws, and even aid in tooth replacement. To learn more about this technology or arrange a consultation with the dentist, contact a helpful dental team member today.

We are happy to work with CareCredit Financing and Proceed Finance.

CEREC is short for chairside economical restoration of esthetic ceramics. It is a technology that allows your dentist to create quality porcelain restorations like dental crowns while you wait.

If you need a dental crown, you must first endure goopy impression pastes to create the restoration. Then you wear a temporary crown for several weeks, which may not fit or function as well as it should. Then you must return to the dental office to pick up a crown created by an outside lab.

CEREC technology streamlines the entire process. Impressions are digital, the wait time is the same day, there are no temporary crowns, and you’ll not have to return to the dental office for your final fitting.

How Are CEREC Same-Day Dental Crowns Made?

Your dentist takes a digital impression, which is more precise than modeling material. We send the results to our computer for design. Then the specifications are forwarded to our in-office milling machine for fabrication and printing.

You walk into our dental office with a damaged or cosmetically flawed tooth and walk out with a restored smile!
